Rooted in Resilience collects information you choose to send through its contact form or The Compartment Department waitlist. The waitlist uses your email address and, if you provide it, a first name or handle so the team can notify you when the community opens.

Waitlist email addresses are not displayed publicly or shared with other community members. A real name is not required, and workplace or department information is not requested. Signing up only provides notification when the community opens.

Contact information is used to respond to the note you sent. The site does not sell your information. Do not send emergency, medical, or highly sensitive personal information through a form that is not designed for crisis support.
